Hide User Role selection except for admin

We have created a new Role that is based on the contributor role but we added creating/editing user capabilities. However, we don’t want the users to change their user role/others user role and change the password. Is there a way to hide the User Role selection and the password area?

Also since the users have access to the Users area they can also see the admin users and might change the password or delete the user. Can we display the Contributor Users only?
