Once a visitor accepts or rejects cookies the banner should no longer show up for 30 days. You can configure the cookie duration for more than 30 days if you want in the WPConsent settings.
If the banner still shows up, something may not be working correctly. I tested on the URL in your profile and the banner does not show up again after accepting cookies.
oh! Okay. Thank you for clarifying. I tested it in incognito and it showed to me again. I am guessing it must be some cache related issue. Glad it is working correctly.
In Incognito mode, all cookies are deleted each time you close the window, so the banner will show up every time. But even there, after you accept cookies, as you move through the site you will no longer see the banner again unless you close the window completely and the session is reset.
