Hide specific category title

Hello,
Can you help me with php code? I want to display category title and description in the widget area, but I have category called News,that doesn’t have a description, so it display only the title, which is not very nice. With this code other categories’ titles also dissapear. Take a look at the pictures to se what I am talking about
