# Hide specific Category Legend

 * Hi,
 * Would you consider adding a “Hide Category Legend” checkbox for each category,
   so that we hide specific categories from the “Category Legend” but still show
   colored events for the same categories in the calendar?
 * This would be highly useful.

 * The auto creation of a legend is an example of what’s possible.
 * 1. You can view the code produced
    2. adjust it accordingly 3. Turn off the creation
   of the legend 4. Add the new code back using the `teccc_legend_html` filter
