Hide specific carrier based on different carrier.

    Hello,

    I can’t figure out how to set my specific requirement with this plugin.

    I have a carrier “PPL” allowed only for Czech Republic with shipping charges 5€. Now I want to the set free shipping charges in case visitor orders 2 or more products of specific category.

    I know how to set both situations separately. But I don’t know how to hide first one (5€) in case second one is allowed. Or how to combine that to get needed result.

    Is that possible with your plugin?
