    Basically the above. I've tried:
    Adding "#header h1 { display:none }" both at the end of the page as well as adding just the "display: none;" in the actual header section as well to no avail. I've also tried to trick to move it 9999 pixels and that didn't work either.
    I had this working as of a few days ago, but I found some remnants of hack in the theme (there were lots of meta tags pointing to cialis, etc) and reinstalled it to fix the problem. Unfortunately that broke this for me again. I'd appreciate any assistance you could provide.
    Thank you so much!

    Without a link to the site, no way to help with something like this. Or try using Firebug to look at what's going on. Validating the site is always a good idea too.

    Note sure what firebug or validating you're speaking of, but I'll start reading.
    Thanks,

    Try this:

    h1#site-title {
       display: none;
    }

    And definitely check out Firebug -- it will help you find these answers in a few seconds once you get familiar with it :).

    Oh, and just FYI, what you would need to use based on your earlier code would be:

    header h1

    header is a tag and then you want the h1 that's inside the header element - so a space goes between them to do that.

    Tried adding that code to the bottom of the site and refreshing the home page and bam. Still a big bunch of white lettering all over my fancy schmancy site logo image. :-/

    I'll focus on Firebug for now and see if I can figure something out... If you can think of anything else for me to try or a better place to put the code above (that might be more effective than putting it at the bottom of the page), let me know.
    Thanks for the help!

    Welp, I guess I didn't wait long enough to refresh, like a newb. Thanks for checking out and offering that awesome solution! :)
