 * I just want to hide the rate notice that is appearing on every custom role when
   user in media library.
 * I have a pro version but trying to get support is a total nightmare on your site.
   I purchased the pro version several times (but maybe it is one time all sites/
   all life ?) and the number of purchasing is never the good one….

 * Normally, once you click to hide it once, it should not show anymore, but if 
   it persists, then there is a little bug somewhere. But then it’s a very little
   thing that our dev could quickly check and fix for you.
 * Also, it is such a big surprise to hear that you are not able to reach our support.
   How, please?

 * Yes sorry I’ve been underwater !
 * Thanks. I guess it was after migrating my site. The rating request has showed
   up again which was normal I guess.
