• The product filter pulls through products that are out of stock. It doesn’t display them directly. Just counts them displays their category. When you open the category though it’s empty.

    Stuffer is a good example of what I am talking about on my site.

    After spending a considerable amount of time analyzing this with our technical team, we have found that product category and out of stock product are two different things. Hence it will count even if there is no product in the stock for a certain category.

    But you can display the products that are out of stock. For more help, please refer to the link below:
