Hide posts from homepage, categories including custom post types

I have articles with a few pages in some cases, and only want the first page to show up in the feeds. My site has the main post feed, and 2 custom post types. I found one way to choose to hide posts from the feed, which was a plugin called WP Hide Posts, but it only works with the main posts- not the custom post types.

Has anyone found a simple solution to hide certain posts from the main post, as well as custom posts from the homepage, category pages, etc.?

I don’t want to hide the page from the search engines- just the feeds so the readers don’t see 3 pages- just the first page. They will click the link to see those next pages.
