    Hi,

    I’m using a custom content pop-up, and I don’t want to have it shown on mobile, because the little cross to close it, doesn’t appear on smaller screen. So to disable it, I put the condition, not on mobile devices. I also have only on one page and not on tags, not on categories, not on posts. The others conditional settings are working, just the mobile one…
    do you have an idea ?
    Thanks

    Hey @jumpinsteph,

    Hope you’re well.

    On my test site, I set up like you said but it does not shows on mobile devices, as should be. My condition settings are like this;

    Can you show your settings too?

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Hi,

    I’m well thanks 🙂

    I have the same settings as you… sorry I don’t know how to put my image here…

    I’ve just tried again to go on the website on my mobile phone, and the pop-up is still showing…

    If you go on the website https://obelete.ch/ with your mobile, does the pop up is coming ? I’ve tested on several… and the pop up still here..

    Does a cache plugin can make a problem ? I’m using comet cache

    Hey @jumpinsteph,

    The pop up is coming for your site on my mobile device. The caching can cause a problem. You can try to purge or deactivating. If still not solved, maybe you can try using custom CSS as a temporary solution until you solved the real reason. If you add these custom CSS it hides popup under 768px;

    @media(max-width:768px){
        .wph-modal--mask,.wph-modal{
            display:none !important;
        }
    }

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Hi Oguz,
    Thanks.

    I deactivated the cache plugin and it seems to do the tricks. Can you try on your mobile device, if the pop up doesn’t show ?
    On mine, I think it’s working now.

    Cheers
    Steph
