 * I’m using WooCommerce Address Validator but when I add a product to my cart,
   I immediately get a notification of my address being in the setted shipping zone.
 * How do I hide that message?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fhide-notification-4%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@deniseb1985](https://wordpress.org/support/users/deniseb1985/)
 * Thank you for reaching out! I understand that you want to hide the address notification
   that pops up. This message appears because WooCommerce is double-checking your
   location for shipping. If shipping zones are set up, it defaults to those. To
   turn this off, you’ll need to adjust some settings. Here’s a guide to help you
   set up your shipping zones properly: [https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/](https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/)
 * Also, just to confirm, is the WooCommerce address validator you mentioned a third-
   party plugin you installed? It would help if you could share more details about
   it and a screenshot of the exact notification you’re seeing. You can use [snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io)
   to take a screenshot and share the URL here.
 * Looking forward to your response.

 * Hi Reynier,
 * Thank yo so much for your reply.
 * Yes, it’s a third party plugin. You asked for a screenshot: [https://snipboard.io/TB2IxX.jpg](https://snipboard.io/TB2IxX.jpg)
 * It’s the notificaton that says: Klant komt overeen met zone ‘Locaties worden
   niet gedekt door overige zones’

 * Hi [@deniseb1985](https://wordpress.org/support/users/deniseb1985/)
 * Thank you so much for sending over the screenshot, this really helps. The message“
   Klant komt overeen met zone ‘Locaties worden niet gedekt door overige zones'”
   means “Customer matches zone ‘Locations are not covered by other zones’ (for
   others reading this thread). This implies the address entered is matching a shipping
   zone that doesn’t have any shipping methods assigned to it.
 * To resolve this, you can check your shipping zones in WooCommerce to make sure
   that each zone has at least one shipping method assigned. If a zone is meant
   to exclude shipping, you might want to remove that zone or adjust its settings.
 * Here’s a support document about how to manage shipping zones in WooCommerce:
   [https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/](https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/)
 * If that’s not the issue, the Address Validator plugin might be incorrectly identifying
   the zone. In this case, please check with the plugin’s support team for how to
   adjust or update the plugin’s settings to match your shop’s configuration.
 * Let me know how it goes.

 * Thank you so much for your help.
 * I found the cause of the problem. I still have to adjust the notification but
   at least it’s more or less appropriate now.
