Hide meta data from orders emails

Hello,
I’m trying to remove some meta data that are by default added in the mail templates. It’s a custom one:http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2021/44/5/1636104095-capture-d-ecran-2021-11-05-122138.jpg

How to do that? I already have the plugin custom snippet if so.

I found a untested but helpful guide regarding this on stack overflow. Before you use the code(s) provided, I recommend taking a backup of your site to avoid issues.

Thanks, I already tried it. Without success.
I added additional meta data into products (a russian name) and I need to filter it for not showing up in the emails…

Hey there!
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Additionally, can you send a screenshot of where this metadata is added in the product settings?

Thanks for sending over your System Status.
This is not something that can be done with WooCommerce out of the box, and it would require custom code to make it happen. I’m going to leave this thread open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook Community group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.
