Hide Featured Image on post view

Hello there.
I wanted to know if I could hide the Featured Image picture when viewing a full blog post. I like it in the category view to draw attention just not in the actual post itself.
I wondered if there was a CSS element I could add, very similar to the post found here with another theme:
