Hide Featured Image From Posts

Hi, how do I hide the featured image from a full post? For example:

http://www.peerinvestments.co.uk/microfinance-charity-beautiful-twist-p2p-lending/

I need the featured image for the slider and for the post summaries page but I don’t actually need it in the full post.

Any help is much appreciated. BTW – I love this theme.
