    Hello,

thanks for this great Plugin. 5 Stars! … For blog and portfolio articles, the date of the post appears at the beginning of the meta-description in google search. Is it possible to hide the date?

    Hi,

The date isn’t being added by All in One SEO Pack. Google gets the date by scraping the source code, which generally will have a date for posts inserted somewhere by the theme (or less commonly, but another plugin).

I’m glad you like the plugin. Feel free to give us a 5 star review and help us out and others. 🙂

Thank you for quick answer. A pity, I thought there was a similar possibility as with yoast to hide the date. But do not panic. No reason to change 🙂

No, they just have an option to remove it from the snippet preview, but there’s no effect on the SERPS.

Update: I have found out that the solution is to turn off schema.org markup.

Your plugin is better than you think yourself 🙂
