 * Is there an option to hide the customer’s email from agents? Similar to craigslist
   where we can send emails to each other without knowing their true email address?

 * Our closest approach is to hide the user profile box by logging in on behalf 
   of the agent, click on a ticket, click on the screen options on the upper right
   section of the screen, then uncheck the user profile box.
