    Some users can be annoyed by rotating banners. Is it available for ad-inserter to add stop ratating or hide banner funtionality?

    Not sure if I understand your question.

    Ad rotation is the practice of showing multiple advertisements in a single location on a web page. Ads are usually rotated (changed) with each new page load.

    What is the potential problem you see?
