# Hide “children-posts” from parent.

 * Hi there..
 * I’m looking for a way of hiding all the posts from children categories.
    Lets
   say that i have it like this:
    1. **SiteNews**
    2. New Plugins
    3. New Themes
 * Today, as i click “SiteNews”, my children-posts show up wich results in that 
   i get all the posts from “SiteNews”, “New Plugins” and “New Posts” on that page.
 * If it’s not obvious, i’d only like my posts from “SiteNews” to show up there 
   without getting the subcategories of (any)parents..
 * Thanks for any help..

 * archive..
    the sidebar is the easy part.. showing just posts from the category
   you click is the hard part as the “children” allways shows up.. =(
