Hide button when store is closed is not working

    Hi,

    Just installed your plugin, it’s just what I need, but the option to hide the add to cart button when the sore is closed is not working for me.
    First of all that’s a product you can see https://delivery1.apolosites.com.br/produto/kids/
    I’m using Pizzaro theme (child theme), tried with the Twenty Twenty wordpress theme, also tried to disable all plugins, just left your plugin and WooCommerce active but the button is still there and I can buy products even if the store is closed.

    Do you know what it could be?

    We’d be happy to help.

    To help isolate the theme as being the issue, can you try using the WooCommerce Store Front theme? This is the theme we use as the basic theme for WooCommerce functionality and support.

    If it works we know the theme is causing the issue, but if it still doesn’t work. We suspect the issue is related to cache.

    First make sure you are enabling the setting under the Schedule tab, “Enable cache clearing”. This will clear any local cache occurring.

    If you are using a Server based or Firewall based cache services, unfortunately this will not work for those solutions. You’d have to connect with your hosting or firewall provider to understand how the cache tools can be optimize to work with the plugin and only cache select content.

    If you identify it’s the theme, let us know. We will try and evaluate support, but as a pro theme, we might need to review any documentation provided by the developer and depending on the requirements might not be able to quickly support this theme.

    Hi,

    I installed and activated the Store Front theme and this feature did work normally, so the issue must be with this theme I’m using.
