I have SJB installed and just purchased How To Apply addon. The addon allowed me to remove the resume option but there still remains”Apply Online” and a Submit button. I am using the plugin as a job list only. How do I remove Apply Online and associated button?

Also which addon will give me a form so users can submit job tasks in frontend?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Please select the Apply Through Given Instruction option in order to remove the apply field.

For your second query, please have a look at the following if this works for you https://market.presstigers.com/product/frontend-jobposting-add-on/

Thanks, I purchased Frontend Job Posting. How can I remove some of the fields in the Job Post form? Understandably there is a lot there and I am using for a simple work list so I need to remove some fields and relabel others.

Currently, there is no functionality available there to completely remove the fields. You can simple leave the fields empty in case you do not have any data to put into it. As for the re-branding that is not possible.

Then I’m afraid this add-on will not work for me. I have removed from my site. How can I delete from my account and get a refund?

    Hi Mcracco,

Since we offer downloadable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered.

Compatibility requirements and prerequisites are clearly listed on our product pages, and you bear all responsibility for ensuring that you meet these requirements.

We will not refund purchases for incompatibility issues. Furthermore, the money will not be refunded due to misunderstandings about software compatibility.

That is terrible customer service. Enjoy your $35. PressTigers will not be seeing anymore of my business.

    Hello @mcracco,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is not the type of service that we aim for. However, we have listed all the details of the add-on on our product page along with the documentation so it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the add-on provides what you’re looking for.

We have also contacted you by email, please check your inbox.
