Hide Billing Address if not in EU?

You can hide the billing fields, when customer’s country is in the EU, by using a filter for the woocommerce_billing_fields hook. You can fetch the billing country by calling WC()->customer->get_billing_country(), compare it with the list of EU countries and hide any billing field you don’t need.
