# Hide Backend not Working

 * Hello,
 * Well, hide backend does work, but my site is still suffering from a brute force
   attack.
 * I changed the hide backend login URL a couple of times, emptied all caches and
   WordPress transients, but apparantly, bots still know a way to get to the login
   functionality of WordPress.
 * It’s been going on for weeks now and my mailbox is getting pretty full.
    Why 
   is hide backend not affecting brute force attacks?
