    I tried lot of codes in Custom CSS, but unsuccessfully. With Show/Hide Author plugin I did it, but “by” is still here. Thanks in advance.

    there is this code in the theme’s functions.php:
    <span class="by-author"> <span class="sep"> by </span> <span class="author vcard"><a class="url fn n" href="%5$s" title="%6$s" rel="author">%7$s</a></span></span>', 'twentyeleven' ),

    try striking in your child theme.

    OR, try pasting this at the bottom of your your child theme’s style.css:

    .single-author .entry-meta .by-author {
    	display: none;
    }

    Thanks for replay.
    The second method isn’t work, and with the first I got this syntax error:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\twenyeleven\functions.php on line 17
    Also, I try to change this part ‘twentyeleven’ in name of my child theme, but the same result.

    Sorry, my mistake. The first method is ok, thanks a lot.
    Well, I have one more question: how to do same thing for “by” and “Bookmark the permalink” at the end of posts?
    Thanks again
