May I know which design are you using?
Hello
I have the same problem (Desing 1, but tried others and it’s the same story.). I tried using the Appearance>AMP>Desing but it doesn’t work at all.
It gives me error as below:

Hi Ahmed Kaludi: Thank you for responding. I am using Design 2. Your help with this problem is greatly appreciated, as I do not use author name and especially date! Brad

Ahmed, I only share URLs privately. Can you please provide an email or other means.
In that case, you can share them via https://ampforwp.com/support

The issue was fixed by putting the following CSS code here: AMPforWP > Design > Global > Custom CSS
.amp-wp-meta {
display: none;
}
AMPforWP support representative, Amer, stuck with me until the problem was fixed. Amazing effort. Much appreciation.
