You’re going to need to override and/or create new template files in your theme, that are specific to the post type(s) in question here. This isn’t an area that is affected by CPTUI.
Biggest template file needing created is likely single-prodotti.php which can be a duplicate of single.php and then edited as necessary to remove the parts you don’t want.
Not really, it’s all dictated by the theme. If the theme has options to not show components based on post type, that’d be you next best bet, but I can’t make any guarantees on any of that.
