Success / error messages from WP core are currently hidden inside the notices panel just like other notices. Will fix notices still showing up on /admin.php? page=Wordfence in the next release. * However, I do not have access to the Survey Maker plugin, which is a paid / premium plugin, so, can not fix it at this time. If you can, feel free to send a link to the zip file via the contact form at bowo.io. Did not realize there was a free version. I tried installing it and notices are properly hidden on /admin.php?page=survey-maker.
