    Dear Sir,

    I want to hide the button “Add New” when opening “Pages”.

    Purpose is that client can see all Pages, edit them, but cannot create a new page.
    I already removed “Add New” from the menu.

    I tried to add
    a.page-title-action
    in Global options, but that was not working.

    Any ideas?

    To hide the ‘Add new’ link in the menu, under ‘Pages’, select the item in the area ‘Menu options – Menu, Submenu’ for the role, there should not use this item. Not more. But think about also, the Add new link is also available on the Pages page of the admin area, so that you add this as custom item to the same area for page settings; left textarea a name, like ‘ Add new for Pages’ and right in the textarea .page-title-action, save the options and you should find this in a new option on the Page area. Selected this also for the role.
