Hidden Product Note

I want to be able to add a hidden note to my products that will carry over to an order so as to remind me of a specific thing of that product.
For example if I want to sell a bunch of flowers and there is 20 stems in some bunches and 15 stems in others. I want a hidden note to say product x is sold in 15 stems so I can order 15 from my supplier and complete the order correctly.
Of course I can just look at the product page where I’ve told the customer there is 15 stems to a bunch, but that is tedious when you’re in the orders section and try to process the days orders in a hurry.
I don’t want the customer to see the note.
