Hidden fields appeared after plugin install

    Hi,

    We are selling digital goods and have removed the Address fields for Billing with another plugin. But unfortunately, when we installed the “Flexible Checkout Fields” the Address fields appeared again and cannot be hidden or made optional. I think the old plugin that was hiding the fields got neutralized and does not work anymore.

    Is there any way to hide the fields or make optional?

    Hello @blue2k

    I am sorry but using two plugins that affect the checkout fields is not a good idea. One settings override the settings of the other.
    The fields can be turned off for good after unchecking the Enable field checkbox. If this option does not work then there is no other solution and we have the situation mentioned above.

    Hi Tomasz,

    Unfortunately, the enable/disable checkbox is not working it’s grayed out. Otherwise, we would have removed the other plugin and used only yours. The problem is that we are selling digital goods, we do not need the billing address fields anyway. Is there any way to remove it with your plugin or to enable the default wp fields disabling. 🙂

    Hello @blue2k

    Our plugin allows admin to disable all default form fields so all Enable field checkboxes should be clickable. Please turn off the second plugin and check if this will unlock the option to disable fields in our plugin because it sounds like that plugin is blocking it.
