Hidden field showing in public form

PROBLEM: It’s not saving the ticked box, despite saying it is.

I have Enterprise Subscription of Zoho CRM. I have created a ‘lead’ layout. Installed ‘Zoho CRM Lead Magnet’. Created a new form, chose my layout, from the set up menu. I added an additional field called ‘Lead Source’. Then I tick the ‘hidden field box’. It tells me the form was saved successfully. When I visit the public page, it is showing the hidden field. When I go back into the form builder, the hidden fields tickbox is unticked.
