hidden field custom value

hi,

there are value date(dd/mm/yyyy) and submission time(hh:mm:ss am/pm, timezone). i like to use hidden field in redirection like:
“example.com/{name-1}-{hidden-1}”
if i use two hidden fields and set one for date(dd/mm/yyyy) and one for submission time(hh:mm:ss am/pm, timezone), then the url
example.com/{name-1}-{hidden-1}-{hidden-2}
will be complex.
i like to set custom value in one or two hidden field to set date and time such that the out put will be the submission date and time with format like: ‘2024-11-27-15-45-56’
So that for a specific submission with name john and submission date-time 2024-11-27-15-45-56 would be
example.com/john-2024-11-27-15-45-56
