We’re seeing a difference in the price of the order and the amount BTC requested for the customer to pay.

Example: Order price is $20 but the amount the customer is asked to pay in bitcoin converts to $25.
Additionally, the price of bitcoin when these orders were placed was dropping so it’s not related to a btc price change.

The amount of BTC I receive is $20 so it would appear that these are some sort of hidden fees.
Can you explain what’s going on here?

Bitcoin rate can vary +/- $1000 per day. Also transaction fees are $20+ per transaction.

Our system automatically forwards ALL received confirmed bitcoin/altcoin payments (6+ confirmations, recognized & unrecognized payments) to your external wallet every 30 minutes when the balance on your bitcoin account is 0.01 BTC / 0.01 LTC / 0.0005 BCH or more.

Please use Bitcoin Cash for small payments (bitcoin cash minimum forward amount is 0.0005 BCH; i.e. 20 times less than bitcoin minimum amount)!
