    My site has a link that goes to a and I can’t figure out where it is. I’ve looked in the header and through several of the theme files. It looks like it is attached to an image sam1.png which is my favicon.

    Any ideas on how to track this down?

    Here’s the source code from my home page:

    <a style="display:none;"  href="">4shared</a><link rel="shortcut icon" href="" type="image/x-icon">
    <style type="text/css">
    h1#site-logo a{background:url( no-repeat;}
    @media only screen and (max-width: 640px) {
    					:root .css3-selectbox{width:100%;display:inline-block;}
    #featured .slide_content{margin-top:280px;}
    @-moz-document url-prefix(){#featured .slide_bg{margin-top:0px;}}

    These sort of things can be very difficult to completely eradicate. This article gives you an idea of what you could be up against. The only sure way to get rid of this is to wipe everything and restore from a known clean backup. See FAQ My site was hacked.

    Yeah it’s a shame, imagine if these people put as much time into breaking things into fixing them.

    Hi Shayeryan, Im having the same problem. How did you resolve this issue?

    Sorry to say but I gave up on this, never found a solution.

    i had the same thing because i downloaded a theme from unofficial place..
    the very same link

    i managed to find inside the header.php in the theme folder

    check the source code and you will find right after the </head> tag
