Hi, I’m testing the plugin in my site.
I added the widget and create 2 proofs but the proofs are hidden on the page.
You can see the page at (search “social proof” test).
Can anyone help me? I see only the title, why?

    Best regards

    Hi @bergheil,

Thanks for using our Social Proof Slider plugin!

This is happening on your site because the widget is automatically being assigned a CSS class of “fade” which is forcing the opacity to be 0. I believe your theme is trying to have this widget “fade in” but it is not changing its opacity after the user scrolls to the position where the widget is visible.

Have you tried turning off the “fade in” feature of this widget?
Have you tried using the shortcode version of the Social Proof Slider?

I would try the shortcode and see if your theme does not attempt to modify the opacity of the Slider.

    Good luck!

Thanks. With the shortcode and removing the Fade effect the plugin works.
    Best regards
