@albert0346 Hamburger icon is visible below whatever breakpoint you’ve set in Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Main Menu -> Breakpoint

If the breakpoint is less than 600px then increase it to 600px.
If you still face problems, please share your website URL.

    Thanks Prajakti!

When I use “Enable Mobile Menu” and set the Breadkpoint to 765 the Hamburger menu botton appears. But when you click on it no menu points appear in it.

I’ve deactivated therefore “Enable Mobile Menu”.

@albert0346 Can you please update to the latest version and enable mobile menu so that I can check this up for you?

I have the mobile menu now activated with breakpoint 767.

I have also enabled “Stack mobile menu”. I assume then the menu is stacked. But a mobile menu is normaly stacked, isn’t it?

It would be nice if you could answer very soon because of the not working mobile menu and when you don’t find a solution, so I can revert the settings.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I recognized that I had WHITE as the background color in the mobile menu. So the WHITE text could not be seen. I changed the background to black and the text can be seen.

But I found this error: When I click on a menu with submenus immediately the FIRST submenu point is shown. So I can NOT choose the whished submenu point.

    Hi @albert0346 ,

In tablet view or mobile view, the entire menu item apart from the dropdown arrow element is treated as a “link” tag.

Hence, when you click on the menu item and not the dropdown arrow, it will redirect you to the respective link. This is intended behavior.

Clicking on the dropdown arrow will expand that menu item without redirecting, after which you can select the wished sub-menu point.

    Thanks adwait21!

When you click with an Android phone on the Hamburger menu icon and then choose one of the menus with a submenu, for example “Mitglied werden”, then immediately the “Mitglied werden” page is opened. You can NOT choose “Vorteile einer Mitgliedschaft”.

    Hi @albert0346 ,

You have to click exactly on the dropdown arrow “v” present at the end of the menu item to expand the respective menu.

We checked this on the website link you provided and we were able to successfully navigate to “Vorteile einer Mitgliedschaft” present under “Mitglied werden” on our android devices.

    Oh, I see!! Thanks a lot adweit21!

I don’t think that EVERY person knows this with the arrow “v” and therefore click on the menu link text and NOT on the arrow “v”. So they never see the second and following submenu links.

@albert0346 Thank you for the suggestion, we will analyze other competitors theme for this.
