How do you convert it to mobile? Can you make some screenshots about the problem?
When the site becomes responsive, that is, when the site is entered from the phone, the buttons on the right are not visible, so ticket purchase is not possible.

Yes the mobile view is lot different then the desktop view. But you should still be able to add seats to cart. Just tap on the seat and add it to cart. And you can use finger to zoom in/out.
I can choose a seat, but I cannot make a reservation? The make reservation button does not appear on the screen.

When you have selected a seat then you need to open the cart. Its located at the bottom on the registration view.

That depends on how email configuration is set up. Are you using some SMTP plugin for that?
Yes Easy WP smtp I’m using.
I have not really tested that plugin but I see some settings that you can try out. In SMTP Settings there are From Name for example.
