Yes we are managing inventory through woocommerce.
we have Enable stock management. It seems to be working with other sites but not my site with woo and divi.

As a next step, would it be possible to let me know if you can temporarily change to a default WooCommerce theme like Twenty Twenty or Twenty Nineteen and try again? 🙂
It’s possible that this caused by a conflict between our plugin and another plugin or theme in your site. I made a quick test on a local site on my end and it seems that the functionality seems to be working as expected.
