Thank you for your hard work Jason. I have a question not a problem. I installed PMP a while back and did not use it. Recently I decided I needed to be using the plugin you developed and I noticed a prompt in the admin. Version 1.9 My question is now that I have editted many files in PMP,,, the text parts will that change if I upgrade?

Not asking about the code itself what are the changes I can expect to see if I do? Again thank you.
Oh and btw the plugin is working perfectly.

  • Hi there,

Thanks for the kind words about the plugin and its developer. If you made changes to the plugin templates in a recommended way, which means using either filter functions or copies of the pages in your active theme, then you will be fine when updates occur. You mentioned changes to text, if you altered text with a function, then again you will be fine. Hopefully, you have done so and are able to update the plugin.

Thank you for your reply,,,,well I guess I will make a backup and see what happens. I should have thought of that first. I am very happy with the plugin, WP and developers in general here. I know from experience you all work very hard, not hours but years. I sincerely want to thank you all, I don’t know how to say it better. Somehow someway I will make it up. Thank you.

I noticed that members no longer need to check the box to agree to the terms of service. I thought I would ask. Has anyone encountered and solved that problem?

    Hi @barrygen,

I have just tested this and I am unable to recreate this issue regarding the terms of service checkbox on checkout.

Would you mind opening a support thread on http://www.paidmembershipspro.com so we may debug this issue for you as it sounds like a site specific issue.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
