Migrating my site to another WordPress theme?

    Hey I was wondering if someone could help me,

    I have a website that I look after : http://contact.hunters.com

    However the website was developed by these people : http://themble.com/bones/

    and the because it’s built for developers the website has no functionality (i.e. I cannot superficially I cannot add a menu or anything unlike other wordpress themes.

    How do I go about migrating this website off this coded theme to a regular wordpress template so I can make changes to it?

    Help!

    Can you log in and access the dashboard? If so, is there an “Appearance” tab and do you see a “Themes” submenu item? If you can get to that admin page you can switch to a different theme.
