    Hallo,

    Hello,

I always get the message: Saving the data in the database has failed! Try again.

I have already gone through all the steps that you indicate, but without result, so I finally activated the logger and did some tests.

    Hello @mike9712,

Because I was still trying to figure out why it’s failing…

    – Is this the first feed you’re trying to generate or did other feeds work without this message?
    – Could you open that feed in edit mode and then press the “Save Feed” button? Do you get the same message? If not, what happens then when you press the “Save & Generate Feed” button?

    Michel,

It’s the first time i try to make a feed but still get the message :
Het opslaan van de gegevens in de database is mislukt! Probeer het opnieuw.

When i only generate a feed do then i get : Kan de gegevens over dit kanaal niet vinden. Probeer de plugin te deactiveren en te activeren. Als dat niet werkt verwijder de plugin via de WordPress plugins pagina en probeer deze opnieuw te installeren en opnieuw te activeren.

deactivating, removing an a new install have no effect.

Could it be that your plugin cannot handle multisites?

    With Kind Regards,

Sorry but I’m not sure I understand “when” you get what message.

You write that you get the message about the failure of storing the data to the db when you “try to make a feed” and the other message about the data of the channel when you “only generate a feed”.

To me both actions are the same.

    – Could you tell me a bit more about what action/button returns what message?
    – Did you try to use the “Save Feed” button only like I suggested in my previous reply?

By the way, yes it should work on a multi-site. But on a multi site you should install the plugin like this:

First “install” the plugin through the multi-site network admin (so not on a specific web site)
Then “activate” the plugin on the web sites you want to use it (so use “Activate” and not the “Network Activate” on the network admin)

Might be that that solves the issue?

    Hi @mike9712,

Where you able to solve the issue using the steps mentioned above?

unfortunately I haven’t try it that way, I hope I have time for that next weekend.

I will tell you the result

I see that I can only test google feed.

Is there a possibility to test Beslist.nl, possibly test it with a temporary key?
