# Hestia problems

 * Hello everyone, installing the hestia theme I’m having problems, when I change
   the active theme, hestia is memorized and it is not possible to change it with
   other themes. Trying to uninstall hestia, when I click on customize the theme
   I receive a message “The theme directory” hestia “does not exist.” How can I 
   solve?

 * Can you give us more details about the issue?
    If you uninstall Hestia, you will
   no longer be able to customize it. If it still appears even after you uninstall
   it, you can login to your FTP and delete the Hestia folder from wp-content/themes.
   You can reach out to your host on how to do this.
