  • Looks like it could be related to caching….when I first visited the domain I saw the site as what you posted in the 2nd image with no actual content. When I forced the cache to update when appending something like ?nocache onto the end of the URL it then updated to showing the content as shown in your first image.

If you access the site from a different browser or use a private/incognito window can you still replicate the issue?

    Hi Jarret,

Yeah. I tried with Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome. Both open and private…

    Bump!

I had to restore our site from backup as the most recent version of Hestia removed most of the images off of my home page. I will hold off on updating until a fix is posted.

I am having the same problem, I have followed all the procedures indicated in https://docs.elementor.com/article/471-debuging-safe-mode?utm_source=safe-mode&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn and the problem continues.
    Please help.
    Thank you

When I activate the Hestia theme and loading my home page, a trial version that I did a long time ago is loaded and the updated page does not load, however when changing the theme it loads the home page well.
