Heroic level support

The guys at Advanced Ads are remarkably helpful and generous with their knowledge. The product is excellent, simple and very flexible: I have one ad group running house ads, another running Google AdSense and the third serving as an image carousel. Their manual and videos offered are thoughtful and clear. The interface is generally intuitive and easy to move around. I don’t have a deep knowledge of coding and only recently came back to WordPress after it added a bunch of tools I wasn’t familiar with. I am blown away by how generous the support team is. Henning offered to login and take a close look at an issue I had, revised a setting and then explained what he did so I could use the product in a more robust way. He shared a video that I could now grasp because I had that issue to apply the concept to. We don’t need gold stars, we need red capes for these guys!
