Hero text not showing

    For some reason the hero text does not appear on the live site, when I click on customise then it shows. All of the updates has been done along with looking through the forum. Not the paid for version as yet

    Hero section text is showing perfect at our end, See the snapshot .
    Pls check you have added your content in Customizing ▸ Homepage section settings
    Hero settings or not.

    Hello guys. I know this is not related to this particular question but it is not being possible at the moment to submit a new feed. This is a one-page and thus there is no need for big pages outside the main one. I would like to reduce the size of the header when opening a particular page, it is unnecessarily big like the main Hero settings. Please advise if possible.

    Never post your query in the client ticket, pls open a new ticket for your own query.
    Also, mention your website URL and snapshot of the header would you want to reduce size.

    I saw lightbox image that you shared and in the backend the wording shows but it does not show when the site is published.

    I have checked our theme at our end Hero section text is showing perfect at our end.
    Let me know are you using any plugin if yes kindly deactivate all plugin one by one except spicebox plugin.
    It may be any plugin conflict with the theme.
    Also clear your browser cache.
