 * Hello, you recently added Hermes Worldwide to your plugin however there seems
   to be a few issues…
 * First on the backend it doesn’t show the Hermes World Name above the tracking
   once added or on the email sent to the customer.
 * Second when you click the link in the customer email it doesn’t take you to the
   Hermes tracking site at all.
 * 8 hope you can resolve this.
