As I said, I sent 2 tickets to the support service to communicate this fault and I have not received any response. This has been through the BeRocket page. The user is: Inmaculada González. Also, if you need it, I can send you the account key.
Everything works correctly, except the action of copying an existing label into a new one. Perhaps it is due to some conflict with the seedling (Flatsome) or some other complement. We are using the latest version of WP (5.2) and PHP 7.2.18. All the plugins we use are also updated to their latest version.

Yes, the account information is correct.
With respect to tickets, this was done through the BeRocket website, from the contact page: https://berocket.com/contact. After this, I did not receive any email confirming receipt of the sent message.
In relation to the problem that I inform you, this does not require great explanations. Simply, when requesting the copying of a label, the only thing that happens is that nothing happens. The process seems to enter an infinite loop that does not end.
Finally, I understand that the way to check this would be accessing the web administration and check what happens with this option of copying labels.
