Hemingway footer padding

Hi,
please help me, I need to solve this: in Hemingway template footer makes me mad. It is too high – more than a half of the page, simply there is too much free space above and below widgets (sorry for idiotic explanation, english is not my native language :)).
I thing the problem will be in padding, tried many changes in CSS, but the footer is stubborn.
