[Help]Postie+BBPress Topics

Is there a way to tell postie which “forum” to use when overriding the post type to topic? Here is what i am attempting to do, I have a online gaming community and in our game servers we have a way for players to report cheaters and such, when the report is made it sends me an email, i would like postie to grab this email and create a topic in a specific forum. I do have the ability to modify the contents of the email generated by the user report so if i need to add shortcode or some kind of special syntax i can.

Is this possible?
