Website for searching and filtering results

    Hi everybody,

    I have hardly any experience in creating websites and I am completely new to WordPress and now want to create my first own website.

    I want to create a website which is similar to the demo of the plugin Search&Filter (https://demo.searchandfilter.com/movies/) but not with movies (I will stick to saying movies here to keep it simple).

    First I tried to create a blog post for each movie and use Search&Filter but that seems not to work.
    What would be a good way (I guess that there is no perfect way) to create such a website? Which plugins would you recommend to do so?

    There are many plugins to do this. Check this one out: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-review/ Google for “WordPress reviews plugin” and you’ll find other options.

    I think my question was a little bit too vague.
    The focus are the filter options, not the reviews itself. But how do I create that?
    Should I create a separate page for each movie? If so how do I add tags or something similar to filter it by genre?
