    The plugin use the the_content filter to apply the form and doesn’t check the post date. Please verify which other factors might cause the issue. (E.g. Cached posts never updated, different post type, other)

    There are no hardcoded limits on the number of feedback form displayed on a website.


    The SVGs are stored in files read with the PHP file_get_contents() function. When the SVG files can’t be read with this function the icons are not displayed.

    An alternative method to load the SVGs without file_get_contents() will be included in the next plugin version.

    Thank you so much for your reply. Just left a five-star review.

    I’ve revisited some problematic URLS (including the one I just shared in the opening post) and I can now see the plugin is performing as expected. You’re right, seems like it was a caching issue.

    I’d say problem solved.
